I'm just here trying to share what I wish I had been told 5 years before I was diagnosed with Hashimotos. 

It doesn't have to be scary. It is significantly less hard than everyone who sells you protocols makes it seem like. You *will* feel like yourself again. 

Learning to eat Grain/Gluten/Dairy Free is a One-And-Done deal. Remember learning to learn a new skill as a child? It is just that. You can do it! You learn what your body needs, and then you're equipped with that information for life. I'm just here to simplify that. 

This website is my place, blog, to share what has worked for me. Simplifying complex things. Sharing Hashimotos, autoimmune friendly recipes. Advocating for our health and placing the much needed dent in the failing healthcare system.
